Can I purchase food and beverage items with cash?

Effective September 1, 2021, our concession stands and bars are cashless. We accept all credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards.

What is the bag/purse policy at Arena events?

CLEAR BAG POLICY APPROVED FOR ENTRY
- Clear tote bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" (one tote is allowed per ticket holder)
- One-gallon clear plastic bag
- Small purses, clutches, wallets that aren't clear and no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"

Does my diaper bag also need to be clear plastic?

Yes, however, the hope is that by offering admittance to larger-sized clear tote bags, families will have minimal inconvenience. Reminder: one bag is allowed per ticket holder.

Are cameras allowed for the Pinnacle Bank Arena events?

Cameras with professional or detachable lenses are not allowed. Audio and video recording is also not allowed. Camera policies are subject to change and will vary by event. Please visit each individual event page on Pinnacle Bank Arena website for each show's camera policy.

Where can I buy tickets and what are the ticket office hours?

PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com (visit the individual event page for ticketing details).
  • Ticketmaster App or AXS Tickets App on your mobile device (visit the individual event page for ticketing details).
  • The Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11AM-6PM and 1 hour prior to doors opening on event day.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes/vaping, is not permitted in all public areas at Pinnacle Bank Arena including the arena and concourse. A designated outdoor smoking area is on the Capital Terrace and Stadium Terrace located on the main concourse. Click here to view the City of Lincoln Smoking Ordinance.

Do children get in free?

Children’s Admission:  For most events, children 23 months & younger are free, if on lap (does not apply to the University of Nebraska men's and women's basketball games). However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. **IMPORTANT:  To inquire about specific events, please call 402.904.4444 or email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com. Where are guest services and First Aid located?

A guest services station is located on the main concourse behind section 112.
A First Aid station will be located on the main concourse behind section 111.

Are credit cards and debit cards accepted at concession stands?

Credit cards and debit cards are accepted at all concession stands. ATMS are located in the arena as well.

Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?

Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included) may not be brought into the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Can I host a business meeting or special event at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Corporate/private gatherings are available for any size of the group. Catering and event planning services are also available. Please contact:

What events might take place at Pinnacle Bank Arena?

Outside of men’s and women’s Husker basketball games,  Pinnacle Bank Arena hosts concerts, family shows, high school and college events and other events.

How many does Pinnacle Bank Arena seat and how will it be configured?

Containing 470,400 square feet, the Pinnacle Bank Arena seats 15,391 fans when configured for Husker Basketball games. It is divided into two bowls (upper and lower) and three levels (100, 200, 300) with Premium Seating Suites and Loge Boxes located between Level 100 and Level 200. There are 73 concession points of sale and a private Club Lounge, located on the Main Concourse (Level 100). There is accessible seating just off the main and upper concourses. There are 115 total wheelchair positions and 115 wheelchair companion seats at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
