For accessible needs seating accommodations, please email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com no less than two weeks prior to an event.

AED Locations

Each level of Pinnacle Bank Arena is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED), which can save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. There is one (1) AED located on the event level, three (3) concourse levels and one (1) on the administration level for a total of 5 in the building. In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.

Alcoholic Beverages

Nebraska and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The number of alcoholic beverages served may be limited to two drinks per person, per purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are discontinued approximately forty-five (45) minutes before the end of the event. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking.

Emergency Evacuation

Pinnacle Bank Arena staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities to safety.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes may not be purchased and are not available through Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Banners & Signs

Signs no larger than 8.5″ x 11″ are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any sign.

Cameras & Recording Devices

Cameras with professional or detachable lenses are not allowed. Audio and video recording is also not allowed. Camera policies are subject to change and will vary by event. Please visit each individual event page on Pinnacle Bank Arena website for each show's camera policy.

Cell Phones

Cellular phones are permitted provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. The use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the event.

Children's Admission

Children’s Admission:  For most events, children 23 months & younger are free, if on lap (does not apply to the University of Nebraska men's and women's basketball games). However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. **IMPORTANT:  To inquire about specific events, please call 402.904.4444. To inquire about the University of Nebraska men's and women's basketball games, please contact the University of Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office, online at www.huskers.com, or by phone at 1.800.8BIGRED or 402.472.3111. 

Clear Bag/Purse Policy

CLEAR BAG POLICY APPROVED FOR ENTRY
- Clear tote bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" (one tote is allowed per ticket holder)
- One-gallon clear plastic bag
- Small purses, clutches, wallets that aren't clear and no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"

Club Seats

Offering prime locations in the lower bowl, Pinnacle Bank Arena Club Seats put you in the center of all the action. Club Seat holders have the first right to purchase tickets for Pinnacle Bank Arena non-Husker events. In addition to spectacular sightlines and comfortable seats, club seat ticket holders receive access to the exclusive Club Lounge located directly behind the seating bowl, private restrooms and wider seats. Concessions

Effective September 1, 2021, our concession stands and bars are cashless. We accept all credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards.

At Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater, we firmly believe that social responsibility is a fundamental cornerstone of our organization. Door Time

For most events, doors open 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event. However, this can vary by event. For specific information, please contact Terre Stickney at 402.904.4444, info@pinnaclebankarena.com.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and walk to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain in the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use elevator. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.

Entrances

Two public entrances are available at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The main ticket office entrance is located at the South side of the building. Other entrance is located on the north side of the building off of the Pedestrian Bridge.

Guest Conduct

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting Pinnacle Bank Arena, guests be courteous to those around them and abide by building policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Guest Services

Guest services station is located on the main concourse behind section 112. Guest Services provide guests a convenient location to obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance during events.

Handouts

The distribution of promotional items, handbills, fliers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Pinnacle Bank Arena property without prior written authorization.

Lactation Suite

Great news for all you new moms out there. Pinnacle Bank Arena is the first arena in the nation to install a Mamava lactation suite, a private kiosk for nursing mothers. Sponsored by Bryan Health and the West Haymarket JPA, the suite features seating for two people, a fold-down table, a power outlet, soft lighting, and a mirror. 

If you'd like to access the suite, please see the Event Staff located in the North Lobby. The Nursing Nook is in the northeast corner of the main concourse.

Lost & Found

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Services location. For inquiries following an event, please contact Terre Stickney at 402.904.4444 during normal business hours or email info@pinnaclebankarena.com.

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest officer or staff member. The lost child will be assisted at a Guest Services location. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest officer or staff member.

Merchandise

Merchandise or novelty booths are available throughout Pinnacle Bank Arena during events. Huskers Authentic Team Store is located on the event level, at the southeast entrance of the arena.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. Please visit the individual web site event page for event policies. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • BAGS, FANNY PACKS, BACK PACKS, OR LARGE PURSES. (An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.)
  • Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
  • Animals (Service animals are welcome)
  • Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, or tripods
  • Cans, glass bottles, bottles, coolers & picnic baskets or other similar containers
  • Fireworks
  • Flags/Signs with poles
  • Frisbees
  • Laser pens/pointers of any type
  • Musical instruments
  • Noisemakers such as air horns or Vuvuzelas
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Pepper spray/Mace
  • Selfie sticks, iPads/tablets/computers
  • Signs larger than 8.5” x 11” 
  • Strollers, Car Seats or Booster Seats
  • Tactical Vests
  • Umbrellas
  • Water bottles
  • Weapons including pocket knives, tasers, firearms & spiked jewelry (these items will not be permitted in the doors.)

If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. Pinnacle Bank Arena does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

Re-Entry

For your safety, once a person exits Pinnacle Bank Arena, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Restrooms

Pinnacle Bank Arena offers a total of 500 stalls - 36 restrooms: 16 women; 16 men; including 4 family restrooms. All restrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, including e-cigarettes/vaping, is not permitted in all public areas at Pinnacle Bank Arena including the arena and concourse. A designated outdoor smoking area is on the Capital Terrace and Stadium Terrace located on the main concourse. Click here to view the City of Lincoln Smoking Ordinance.

Suites

The City of Lincoln Owner’s Suite is leased out on a first-come-first-served basis through Leadership Lincoln. The city suite is not available for all events held at Pinnacle Bank Arena primarily because of contracts with the entertainment organizations booking the arena. If you do not see the event you are looking for on the Leadership Lincoln website, it's unfortunately unavailable.

TICKET OFFICE HOURS

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Open 1 Hour Before Doors on Event Days.
  • Tickets day of onsale are available only at pinnaclebankarena.com
  • Additional fees may apply to purchases at the Ticket Office. Please note that fees for purchases at the Ticket Office are lower than those for online purchases.

  • Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com (visit the individual event page for ticketing details).
  • Ticketmaster App or AXS Tickets App on your mobile device (visit the individual event page for ticketing details).
  • The Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and one hour before the doors open on the event day. If you have further questions, please call 402.904.5600 or email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com.   
  • Tickets will be mobile ticket delivery only.   

HOW TO CONTACT TICKET OFFICE

TICKETING QUESTIONS REGARDING POSTPONED, RESCHEDULED OR CANCELED EVENTS 

  • If you have any questions regarding your tickets for canceled, postponed, or rescheduled events, you can visit the Ticketmaster Help Center for guidance here, or if it's an AXS event, you can visit here.
  • If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
  • If an event is canceled, those customers who purchased tickets via Ticketmaster, AXS, or via credit card from the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office, refunds will automatically be refunded to your credit card, and no action is required. All other tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. Those who purchased tickets with cash from the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office must email boxoffice@pinnaclebankarena.com or call 402.904.5600 to receive a refund.

ATM

Currently, there is one ATM located at the top of the escalator near Capitol Terrace Grille/Section 111.

Non-State Basketball Methods of Payment:  
The accepted payment methods for non-State Basketball are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards. Cash and checks are not accepted.
