The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for cleaning and waste/trash disposal and maintaining all areas inside and outside.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain the general building and ground in a safe and clean manner.
- Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks as required or assigned.
- Empty trash and wastebaskets.
- Transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas, and sort recycling as needed.
- Operate custodial equipment and other related equipment as required.
- Set-up & tear-down of tables and chairs for events and assist with event clean up.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Clean and sanitize other public areas around the premises.

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Environmental Services Lead for ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of ASM Global -Lincoln. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Help oversee the cleanliness of the facility, assist & supervise the Environmental Services Department, direct and train part-time labor, upkeep and maintenance of related housekeeping equipment, and exterior grounds maintenance, both during an event and nonevent times. This position will require working nights, most weekends & some holidays. Must be able to work around large crowds. Position will require the ability to walk up and down stairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness of the Arena and exterior grounds through cleaning and direction of part-time and temporary staff labor.
- Keeps EVS supervisor and manager informed of the department and department needs.
- Inspects all areas of the facility for cleanliness and follow-up on daily activities, on event and non-event days.

SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Security Manager, patrols assigned areas and protect patrons and property. Building Security at Pinnacle Bank Arena operates 24/7, 365 days a year. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including Tuesdays 4pm to 12am, Thursdays 4pm to 12am, Tuesday 12pm to 4pm, Overnight Security Flex (12:00am to 8:00am) (Days vary week to week due to demand), and Security Flex (8:00am-4:00pm M-F) (Days vary week to week due to demand). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Tour post periodically to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants, and others on premises.
- Handle any disturbances or problems that arise at the facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individual(s) to the security office and/or off the premises.
- Write incident reports and meet with the Security Manager to review procedures.
- Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering.
- Tour facility, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
- Assist with crowd control inside and outside of premises.
- Control unusual circumstances and events during fire, storms, riots, and other emergencies.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations -- answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Act in a professional manner with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
- Document all shipping and receiving.
- Keep a record of all keys and other facility equipment that are signed out.
- Work part-time extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Position requires ability to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of security issues related to a major sports and entertainment venue.
- Handle conflicts, make common sense decisions and exercise proper action during high tension and stressful situations.

Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Managers, and under general supervision performs, set up and tear down of different Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides general support to Operations Department staff through labor and crew supervision.
- Performs and directs staff in a variety of set up, and conversion.
- Assists with other operations related task such as EVS and Engineering with custodial, maintenance, snow removal and project work.
- Directs, supervises and inspects event conversions.
- Performs inspections, prepares task lists, and performs minor maintenance and repairs.
- Assists in the scheduling, hiring, and training of part time conversion staff.
- Ordering supplies and inventory control
- Perform various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met including, but not limited to, loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing supplies.
- Report irregularities, discrepancies, safety or damage concerns or loss of property promptly to Operations Manager
- Assist with ongoing event needs and expect changes
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
Qualifications

Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Cook position with ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Cook is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef by maintaining the highest level of food quality, presentation and timing. This position also assists in preparing for the day to day operations of the kitchen. Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining and cooking ingredients; in addition to, maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
- Prep ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meats, etc.)
- Basic understanding of food ingredients
- Have a basic understanding of how to read and execute a recipe
- Making precise measurements
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly with receive dates
- Proper handling of raw and/or prepared foods and non-food supplies
- Testing the temperature of food and knowledge of proper cooking temperatures
- Distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils
- Washing dishes and taking out trash
- Must adhere to the ASM Global dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes

Job Title: HR & Payroll Specialist

The HR & Payroll Specialist position supports all Human Resources operations as well as the administration of Payroll.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follows ASM Global Human Resources policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions.
- Maintains compliance with state and local regulations concerning employment.
- Processes Payroll using ABI Mastermind and ADP systems; maintains payroll files.
- Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all facility personnel.
- Tracks attendance for employees and accurately carries out attendance and sick time policies.
- Performs recruitment activities, writes and places advertisements, recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions tracks hiring progression.
- Works with hiring managers to conduct new employee orientations; creates and maintains confidential employee files and completes Form I-9 for all new employees.
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and 401k, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, and payroll.
- Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Coordinates with the corporate HR team and venue managers to administer progressive discipline, final written warnings and prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Reports Worker’s Compensation and patron injuries to company insurance carrier.
- May require the ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma or its equivalency (Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred)
- 2+ years of related work experience in Human Resources
- Combination of education and experience may be accepted
