About The Event

Welcome to the NSAA Boys State Basketball Tournament at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Attending an early game? We serve breakfast until 10:30 a.m. — Breakfast Sandwiches, Hash Browns, Biscuits and Gravy, and Muffins at the Capitol Grill. Stop by Section 122 on the north end of Pinnacle Bank Arena for some locally roasted coffee and other fabulous beverages!

The venue will be cleared after each session.

    Doors open 60 minutes before each session.
  • How To Purchase

    BUYING TICKETS ONLINE: Fans can purchase tickets online through the NSAA GoFan Ticketing Page here when they become available as brackets are released. All-day passes are available online only.

    BUYING TICKETS IN PERSON: Tickets will be available to purchase at the ticket office at the time of doors. In-person tickets are only available for the current session and cannot be purchased ahead of time. Tickets for NSAA are credit/debit card purchases only. We recommend purchasing tickets online to avoid lines at the Ticket office. The accepted payment methods for State Basketball are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. Cash and checks are not accepted.

    WHEN REDEEMING TICKETS:
    -Tickets must be redeemed through the GoFan App or Email when arriving at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
    -DO NOT Validate your ticket(s) until you are at the gate at Pinnacle Bank Arena. You must validate your ticket(s) in front of the Gate Attendant.
    -Tickets are session-specific. Make sure you buy for the correct game.

  • Event Policies

    CASHLESS AT CONCESSION STANDS
    Effective September 1, 2021, our concession stands and bars have gone cashless. Methods of payment accepted for State Basketball are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and Apple Pay. Cash and checks are not accepted.

    CLEAR BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
    Pinnacle Bank Arena is a CLEAR BAG POLICY venue. CLEAR BAGS and small clutch-sized purses are allowed at entry. To view clear bag policy and list of prohibited items, click here:  http://bit.ly/PBApolicy.

    NO RE-ENTRY
    For your safety, once a person exits Pinnacle Bank Arena, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

    CAMERAS ALLOWED
    Small cameras will be allowed into the venue for state basketball. "Pro Rigged" cameras with detachable lenses, iPads, tablets, and computers are not allowed,

    DOORDASH
    Pinnacle Bank Arena has partnered with DoorDash for mobile order pickup at concession stands! Download the DoorDash app and when you’re at the venue, open the app to order food and drinks from the concession stands. We’ll let you know when your order is ready so you can head to the pickup window and pick up your order. Don’t have the app? Scan the QR code at the venue on your seat armrest to start your order.

    NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
    No outside food or beverage brought into the venue. 

    NO WATER BOTTLES
    No water bottles brought into the venue. 

    NO WEAPONS
    No weapons including pocket knives, tasers, mace or pepper spray. Those items will not be permitted in the doors.

    ADDITIONAL RESTRICTED ITEMS
    Strollers, car seats, child booster seats, selfie sticks, iPads, laptops and signs larger than 11x17 are not allowed.

    PARKING
    For close and affordable parking, use the Premium Parking Garage (handicap accessible) on the southwest side of the arena for only $5. Additional parking is available in the Festival Lot (to the south of Haymarket Park).
