    Doors open 60 minutes before first match of the day.
  • How To Purchase
    • Fans can purchase mobile tickets online only here.
    • Tickets will not be available at Pinnacle Bank Arena. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be granted access to the arena. NO printed tickets allowed. Tickets must be redeemed on a mobile device. 
    • Fans are expected to sit in designated seats and sections and adhere to physical distancing requirements.
  • Event Policies

    CASHLESS AT CONCESSION STANDS
    Starting September 1, 2021, we have gone all cashless at our concession stands and bars. 

    SEATING
    Students and fans are expected to sit in designated seats and sections and adhere to physical distancing requirements. The 200 and 300 levels of PBA will be open. Ushers will help fans find a seat.

    CLEAR BAG POLICY & LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS

    DOORDASH
    Pinnacle Bank Arena has partnered with DoorDash for mobile order pickup at concession stands! Download the DoorDash app and when you’re at the venue, open the app to order food and drinks from the concession stands. We’ll let you know when your order is ready so you can head to the pickup window and pick up your order. Don’t have the app? Scan the QR code at the venue on your seat armrest to start your order.

    NO RE-ENTRY
    For your safety, once a person exits Pinnacle Bank Arena, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

    NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
    No outside food or beverage brought into the venue. 

    NO WATER BOTTLES
    No water bottles brought into the venue. 

    NO WEAPONS
    No weapons including pocket knives or tasers. Those items will not be permitted in the doors. No selfie sticks. No iPads.

    CAMERAS ALLOWED
    Small cameras will be allowed into the venue for state volleyball. NO "Pro Rigged" cameras with detachable lenses. (However, No iPads, No Tablets, No Computers, et cetera.) 

    PARKING
    For close and affordable parking, use the Premium Parking Garage (handicap accessible) on the southwest side of the arena for only $5. Additional parking is available in the Festival Lot (to the south of Haymarket Park).

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

The Pinnacle Bank Arena Guest Code of Conduct was developed for all guests attending events at our arena to enjoy the experience in a responsible manner. Pinnacle Bank Arena and our promoters ask the guests to assist us in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:

  1. Respecting each other as well as our arena team members

  2. Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner

  3. Not displaying indecent or obscene messages on clothing

  4. Refraining from fighting, horseplay, excessive taunting or threatening remarks or gestures

  5. Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal

  6. Do not throw any objects in the direction of the stage.

  7. Not accessing areas without a proper ticket, pass and/or credential or misusing tickets, passes and/or credentials

  8. Following instructions from arena team members regarding arena operations and emergency procedures

  9. Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow peers, referees or opposing team fans and players

  10. Not using offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault
